Freedom Afternoon

Had a wonderful afternoon of teaching yoga, at the FeedOM yoga party. Organised by the fabulous Rebecca Whitford for the Prison Phoenix Yoga Trust who do such incredible work teaching yoga within prisons.
The afternoon was filled with yoga, laughter, bubbles and Bollywood dancing, and lots of lovely food!
